About the Role

Reporting to the VP, Data & Analytics, the Analytics Engineer plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions leveraging Databricks and Power BI. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build full-stack data and BI solutions that drive business impact.


We’re looking for someone who has strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. There’s room to shape the role based on your strengths and the value you bring.


What You’ll Do

·       Data Architecture & Engineering: Design and implement scalable data systems using Databricks and Prefect.

·       Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with data teams, stakeholders, and business units to deliver aligned, well-documented solutions that meet evolving needs.

·       Data Visualization & Storytelling: Build and optimize Power BI dashboards.

·       Data Management: Establish governance frameworks with Unity Catalog, semantic layers, and secure access controls to ensure data integrity and usability across departments.

·       Responsibilities may evolve based on the strengths and experience of the selected candidate.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

·       Skilled in Python, SQL, and Power BI.

·       Hands-on experience across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

·       Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.


Preferred Experience

·       3+years in scalable data architecture design, including pipeline development (Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, DBT, Prefect, SQLMesh, etc).

·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

·       Experience in machine learning pipelines and API development.

·       Experience with Flask/Fastapi/Django.

·       Experience in pharmaceuticals, logistics, or a highly regulated industry.
