We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to transform our digital presence into an efficient driver of pipeline. You will be responsible for driving visibility, engagement, and performance across all owned digital channels. This role oversees the strategy and execution of initiatives related to search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page performance, email campaign effectiveness, and website discoverability through large language models (LLMs). The position plays a key role in aligning digital marketing efforts with our broader organizational goals. This person must work east coast hours.

This position requires a strategic thinker with deep hands-on expertise in all aspects of digital marketing. You will work especially closely with our content, campaign, and product marketers to collaboratively build a highly efficient pipeline generation engine that continuously leverages data-driven insights and constructive feedback.

What you’ll be doing as the Digital Marketing Manager at SimSpace:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search visibility through on-page and technical SEO.
  • Conduct SEO competitor audits, keyword research, and gap analyses to identify high-impact opportunities, assess content performance, and guide on-page and technical optimization strategies.
  • Develop and maintain an internal linking strategy to support site architecture, improve user experience, and boost keyword rankings.
  • Analyze and optimize landing pages and user flows to increase conversion rates across digital campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests and leverage heat mapping tools to evaluate user behavior, identify friction points, and guide design or content changes.
  • Design and manage experimentation roadmaps prioritizing high-impact tests and continuously iterating based on results.
  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of pages used in paid media efforts, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Optimize email marketing campaigns by reviewing performance data and implementing improvements to drive engagement and click-through rates.
  • Implement approaches to improve website discoverability through large language models (LLMs) and emerging AI-powered search tools.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics platforms; generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure marketing assets are optimized for SEO, conversion, and usability.
  • Implement or oversee structured data strategies (e.g., schema markup) to improve search visibility and support AI/LLM comprehension of site content.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align digital strategies with business goals and ensure consistency across channels as appropriate.
  • Stay current with evolving best practices in SEO, CRO, digital analytics, and LLMs / AI-driven search technologies.

  • You are data-driven and continuously seek opportunities to optimize digital marketing performance.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with a strong focus on LLMs, SEO, CRO, analytics, and AI.
  • Proven track record of partnering closely with content, campaign, and product marketers to drive qualified pipeline, especially from Fortune 250 enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on expertise with essential digital marketing software, including WordPress, GA4, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, SEMRush, 6Sense, etc.
  • Highly analytical with an ROI-first  and test/learn mindset focused on optimizing campaigns based on data and constructive feedback.
  • Strong track record of collaborating across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
  • Willing to work east coast hours.
