At Tatum, we believe building in Web3 should be simple, powerful, and fast — and we’re on a mission to make that a reality.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and isn’t afraid to get a bit technical. If you get excited about supporting developers, scaling cool blockchain projects, and working with a friendly international team — you’ll fit right in!

ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do
  • Be the go-to partner for your customers — from first call to long-term success.
  • Help to grow a portfolio and guide new users through onboarding and help them get the most out of Tatum.
  • Keep an eye on product usage and step in when someone needs help or a nudge.
  • Work closely with our tech teams to figure out solutions to tricky problems.
  • Suggest improvements and share customer insights (we love feedback!).
  • Look for opportunities to help customers grow with Tatum.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role.
  • Experience working with API-based or developer-focused technologies.
  • General understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamically changing startup environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM, project management, and customer engagement tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in blockchain, fintech, or cloud infrastructure industries.
  • Technical background or familiarity with reading technical documentation.
  • Experience with enterprise customer accounts and long-term success planning.

BenefitsWhy Join us?
  • A dynamic team where problem-solving, communication, and learning are valued over rigid tool experience.
  • A chance to work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies with a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
  • A startup-minded environment where your ideas and contributions matter.
  • Remote-friendly ( US region ) - We prioritize both business and employee needs, ensuring flexibility in how and where you work.
  • ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) – Become a part-owner of our company and share in our success and potential profits.
  • Flexible hours – Work whenever it suits your personal schedule. No fixed hours for most positions.
  • 25 days off – Take time to recharge and enjoy your vacation.
  • Learning & Development budget – Whether you want to sharpen your technical skills, grow as a leader, or explore blockchain, we support your learning journey.

🚀 Ready to dive into an exciting role? Apply now and let’s build something great together!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
