This is a 3 month contract role.

As a Recruitment Marketing Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in driving innovative recruitment marketing strategies that directly impact hiring success for your assigned business areas. Acting as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, execute, and optimize targeted Ad Hoc campaigns that support candidate attraction, employer brand awareness, and talent pipeline growth.

You’ll own the end-to-end execution of talent marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to performance analysis and continuous refinement. Leveraging your understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and your marketing expertise, you'll identify and activate the most effective platforms, messaging, and creative strategies to reach and engage the right candidates.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you’ll build landing pages, develop event materials, and deploy ads, while also analyzing campaign performance and pulling the right levers to drive results in a high paced environment.

As tools, platforms, and candidate behavior evolve, adaptability is key, we’re looking for someone who embraces change, brings future-focused ideas to the table, and continuously seeks opportunities to elevate how we attract and engage talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns for assigned business areas, aligned with broader company and employer brand strategies.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand hiring goals and translate them into effective marketing initiatives with a proactive approach.

  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including job board advertising, programmatic campaigns, event promotion and billing.

  • Create campaign assets such as landing pages and promotional materials using tools like Canva Pro and Phenom.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Indeed, optimizing sponsored job performance and audience targeting to maximize results.

  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust strategies based on real-time data and analytics.

  • Collaborate with external advertising vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns are effective, on-brand, and delivering results.

  • Track campaign activities using UTM parameters, source attribution tools, and report ROI and funnel metrics.

  • Stay ahead of trends in recruitment marketing, media, and employer branding, bringing innovative tactics and technologies to the table.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Deep understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle and how recruitment marketing supports sourcing and hiring success.

  • Strong experience running performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads (SEM/Display) and more.

  • Demonstrated success using Indeed’s suite of tools (e.g., sponsored jobs, analytics dashboards, audience targeting, and job optimizations).

  • Experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and basic campaign deployment along with landing page setup for lead generation (e.g., Phenom).

  • Comfortable creating and editing marketing assets within brand guidelines using tools like Canva Pro.

  • Organized and deadline-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects using platforms like ClickUp.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance.

  • Experience using people analytics platforms such as Visier to measure recruiting funnel metrics, source attribution, and campaign ROI.

  • Prior experience in healthcare recruitment or talent marketing is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, source attribution, and ATS platforms (especially Workday).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 3+ years of experience working in digital recruitment marketing focused role

  • Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
