An Insider's view of SimplePractice

What’s the vibe like in the office?

Everyone is really kind and hard-working in a way that pushes you to do your best. We always strive to have clear communication so that politics and games don't factor into daily work. It really does feel like we're on the same team, working towards common goals. I go home every night proud of what I've accomplished.

Emily

Lead Visual Designer

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

I interact with the product and design teams on an as-needed basis throughout the feature development process. We primarily communicate asynchronously and will jump on a video call when real-time communication is more effective. I also meet with a cross-functional team regularly to align on priorities and re-prioritize where necessary.

Joseph

Full-Stack Software Engineer

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Continuously! I joined as a Product Specialist, got promoted to Technical Product Specialist, and then became a Product Manager. Now I run a squad managing a core feature set. Throughout my time here, my bosses have consulted with me on my career goals so it’s been organic and leverages my skills and interests. I feel both supported and challenged.

Liz

Product Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

I have the opportunity to execute special projects focused around our partnerships. These projects include creating marketing campaigns to highlight product features and initiatives, establishing and maintaining partnerships, launching new channels of communication, and so much more!

Deepa

Partnerships Manager
