We currently have a need for a Technical Writer.  This position is ideal for individuals who have the drive and desire to ‘make things’.  It requires a highly motivated individual with attention to details and a hunger to learn and solve problems.

Position Overview

• Write API documentation and release notes according to a specific style guide
• Write “how-to” documentation that enables developers to integrate with our platform services
• Collaborate closely with our product and development teams to develop documentation that enables the success of our customers and partners

Required Experience

• 3+ years experience as a technical writer with a portfolio showing a wide range of projects
• Excellent writer who is passionate about quality and can articulate complex technical topics in a concise and articulate manner
• Experience using Swagger for API documentation
• Ability to read code in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, Java, Go, Ruby, PHP
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced and ambiguous technical environment
• Understands the audience (i.e., developers) that they will be writing for and tailors documentation accordingly
• Focused, dependable, detail-oriented and hands-on – completes tasks quickly and thoroughly
• Excellent work ethics and communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
