Sr. Manager, Video Solutions
We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Video Solutions to join Team Snapchat! In this exciting new role, you will build and manage the team whose mission is to drive the revenue strategy for Snap Video. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters or our New York, NY office, you’ll be closely linked with the Agency Team and will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, Ops, & Measurement.
What you’ll do:
Lead the Global Video Solutions team while partnering with Content, Sales, Product & Marketing to develop go-to-market strategy for Snap's Video Ad Products
Identify areas of product differentiation, attend client meetings, report on video trends and educate the sales team on product positioning
Utilize deep product expertise and strategic selling skills aligned with Snap’s key business objectives
Develop, coach, and mentor a team to drive video revenue and KPIs
Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies and narratives
Understand broad video trends and translate them into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing a team
12+ years experience in digital media space
Preferred qualifications:
Leading a team responsible for a revenue organization
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within vertical and advertising agencies
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
Ability to travel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
Experience working with iTunes Connect and the Google Playstore is strongly preferred
