Sr. Manager, Content Review
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join Team Snapchat! You'll build and lead our global Content Review team from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, while also developing and executing on a strategy which integrates scaled operations to keep Snapchat and Snapchatters safe. You will need to bring data consistency and quality to global practices, while being able to adjust quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
Work closely with Content, Product, Engineering and Safety teams and vendors around the world to ensure that our operational policies and processes are being applied consistently and supported by strong reporting and analytics
Constantly evaluate internal practices and drive solutions that make our teams scalable
Oversee quality assurance, training practices and process development
Execute effective workforce management and capacity planning
Enhance our operational workflows via process improvements and tooling recommendations
Ensure that new product rollouts and launches are properly supported and planned for
Create and deliver partner education resources for our internal and external partners
Work with internal stakeholders to make sure Snapchat and Moderation priorities are communicated clearly and backed up by strong data
Balance support at scale while optimizing higher touch support
Manage and mentor a team of great people in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience running and operating impactful workstream
2+ years of previous people management experience
Preferred qualifications:
A detail-oriented individual with executive maturity, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Background in operations and content moderation or related field
Experience managing a growing team
Experience working with product and engineering teams to develop tools and solutions that improve trust across a platform or product
Able to adjust quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
A detail-oriented individual with executive maturity, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
