As a Social Content Creator, you'll be responsible for helping make Dave famous on social media by creating provocative, engaging, and compelling content.

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging content (visual and written) across all Dave social media channels and other digital platforms
• Track, analyze, and share KPI reports with team to optimize content performance and audience growth
• Track and monitor KPIs in real time to adjust or pivot strategies, tactics and content development as needed; synthesize analytics to inspire new ideas
• Live and breathe our brand voice and style guides, and continue to develop them through content, alongside our creative team
• Monitor member success inquiries via all Dave social channels to provide immediate support and resolution where needed

What You'll Have:

• 1-3 years experience in content creation, ideally in Social Media; preferred but not required
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills
• Calendar and/or contributor management experience—comfortable with setting and meeting deadlines on an ongoing basis
• Strong command of social media metrics—setting appropriate goals and understanding what success looks like, and then delivering to meet goals
• Results-driven with the ability to analyze data and deduce implications for social and engagement strategies
• Comprehensive, nuanced understanding of all social platforms, including cultural trends 
• In-house brand experience preferred but not required
• Highly motivated self-starter; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment
