Endpoint is looking for a Senior Content Manager to own our brand's presence across our website and social media channels. As a versatile storyteller, you have an aptitude for connecting with a variety of audiences across multiple platforms. You use proper research methods to gain a full understanding of target audiences and develop creative strategies to produce stories that turn heads and drive engagement. At Endpoint, we are looking to change the way all parties experience the title and escrow process. Help us write the narrative.

As the Senior Content Manager, you will:
- Architect and execute innovative content strategies that drive traffic, audience engagement, and conversions across our organic channels
- Write blog posts, resources, and white papers on behalf of the brand
- Own the SEO strategy on endpointclosing.com
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and calendar to drive the company’s marketing goals, including brand awareness, new user acquisition, and customer loyalty
- Engage with and nurture Endpoint's social media community members daily, acting as the voice of the brand with a deep understanding of Endpoint's products and services
- Source and manage freelancers and agencies as needed
- Keep a pulse on real estate market trends, consumer conversations, and competitors to recognize challenges and opportunities
- Take on industry challenges with an open mind and creativity
You’ll come to Endpoint with:
- 5+ years of content strategy or marketing experience in both B2B and B2C
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to incorporate them into compelling content to drive organic traffic
- Experience in extracting data insights from analytics packages such as Google Analytics
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to make complicated concepts clear and compelling
- Experience with video storytelling and production
- Superb project management skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in writing project and design briefs for cross-functional teams and/or agencies
- Relationship building and communication skills across marketing, product, and creative teams
- Real Estate / Finance / Insurance / Technology background is a plus
