GOAT Group is seeking a retoucher to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Product Photography Manager and will handle sneaker, apparel and editorial images daily. You will work alongside the Associate Director of Production and the Photography Manager to help assist retouching demands thoroughly and efficiently. Candidates should know various techniques and be able to apply situationally for high quality and efficient results. They should be organized, detail-oriented and have a good eye for colors and exposure.
In this role you will:
- Familiarize yourself with GOAT and Flight Club’s aesthetic standards and guidelines
- Retouch sneakers, apparel, on-model shots and design assets
- Manage our overseas retouching team and help reduce errors and improve quality
- Develop retouching strategies and be able to translate a creative vision that will help other retouchers create a consistent and cohesive feel
- Color correct, edit and process selects for on-model editorial and campaign images to capture the vision of different creative briefs
- Work closely with Associate Director of Production and Product Photography Manager to ensure necessary deadlines are metRetouch image requests with a fast turnaround
- Organize, maintain and streamline photo asset management for all brands
- Support other photographers and designers as needed
We are looking for:
- 5+ year of working with retouching images for e-commerce environment with product and model photography
- Expert in retouching clothing, models and sneakers Keeping up with photo and design retouching trends
- Be able to manage time with different priorities based on deadlines of various projects
- A portfolio that showcases high level of skill in retouching fashion and product images
- Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Lightroom experience
- Attention to detailTeam player
- Knowledge of sneakers and fashion a plus
