FabFitFun is searching for a Production Manager to join our Sourcing & Logistics team. Reporting to our Senior Sourcing Manager, this person will be integral for evolving our production management strategy and ensuring the production schedule is on time for the 35-45+ skus that make up our seasonal subscription box. Ideal candidates will have previous supply chain experience, with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. 

What You’ll Do

• Own the production tracking process by working with vendors and brands to receive and review standard WIP reports
• Ensure production schedule is on time across all box 35-45+ seasonal box SKUs
• Develop and evolve production management strategy to promote supply chain visibility throughout the SKU lifecycle
• Manage all production reporting on a weekly cadence
• Maintain calendar deadlines and escalate concerns to key stakeholders
• Bridge the gap between all parties to ensure cross-functional team members are aware of production status across all main seasonal SKUs
• Proactively flag issues production issues that will affect port ETAs in order to Distribution Center to plan receiving strategy accordingly
• Review QC inspection reports and validate quantities and pass reports to ensure on time delivery
• Track WIP reports against QC inspection schedule to validate brand data and ensure on time delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in production and supply chain management with a focus on cosmetic, cut & sew, or hard lines production (Experience in both soft lines and hard lines is a plus!)
• High level of skill with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with and managing domestic and international vendors
• Knowledge and understanding of fabrics, construction, print techniques, mould outputs and other key production processes across soft lines and hard lines
• Superb attention to detail necessary for high level executive reporting
• Strong communication skills with cross functional teams
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
