Producer

Naughty Dog is seeking a Producer to play an integral role in managing our AAA projects. This candidate will help to grow the studio's production processes and will assist in management of day-to-day development across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams. Ensure the team is on track with their deliverables
• Communicate frequently and effectively with the rest of the production team and discipline leads on project status, risks, and opportunities to ensure they are properly informed
• Identify risks and drive the team towards successful resolution
• Utilize project tracking tools to maintain a constant awareness of game content status and improve our creative processes
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the production management processes to increase studio efficiency and quality
• Serve as a mentor and provide leadership, information, and resources to new and existing production team members
• Work with the tools team to advance the development of our production-related software
• Improve our games by participating in internal playtests and communicating feedback to the relevant stakeholders
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Requirements & Skills

• AAA experience is a must
• At least 3-4 years of experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office/GSuite, Jira, and Confluence. Intermediate experience with Excel or Sheets
• Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter; you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution
• Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision
