We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our team and drive our mission to transform the way humans learn, work and collaborate.

The Producer is responsible for deliverables for one or more key projects in Learning Experience Design by thoroughly understanding client expectations, project needs, production and delivery milestones.

In this role you will:

• Manage execution of project plan through all phases of application development
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality expectations, schedule and budget
• Identify risks and drive successful resolution in support of project plan milestones
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across the project team, other departments and all stakeholders, providing timely updates as needed
• Working in collaboration with the Project Manager, create and maintain project schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation plan
• Mentor others to learn top-notch production skills and work within our production framework

Experience we are looking for:

• 5-8 years of experience working in a Producer role
• Bachelor's degree 
• 3 years of experience shipping interactive and/or gaming products
• Thorough understanding of game development production pipeline
• Familiarity with mobile application and AR/VR development preferred
• Experience with voiceover recording and audio production desired
• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional project team
• Expert organizational, documentation, communication skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency
• Understanding of project management, creative development, and team management
• Strong understanding of project schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
