Patient Advocate, Content Coordinator

About the Role:
GoodRx is looking for an extremely smart and capable Patient Advocate, Content Coordinator to contribute to our internal processes and overall customer experience. This individual will be responsible for updating and creating training content utilized by our patient advocate team - track and analyze customer trends, stay up to date on new product enhancements and create materials agents can reference while providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor and improve agent facing content in an internal knowledge-base
- Build and manage training materials for new hire classes and ongoing refresher training
- Manage and streamline technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Establish clear channels of communication with external partners to determine content needs and requirements
- Research customer issues and make data driven decisions to improve content strategy
- Work closely with the support and pricing ops teams to identify trends and improve training
- Motivated by providing world-class support to thousands of customers every month
Skills & Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency required; familiarity with Zendesk preferred
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment that evolves with customer needs
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; strong interpersonal communication
- Thrives in a close-knit team and company-wide cross-functional teams
- Experience with call centers and/or corporate training a plus
