FabFitFun is searching for an experienced Lead Video Editor to join the Content team in our West Hollywood HQ. We are looking for a dynamic candidate that can showcase high-level post-production expertise and a passion for creative storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively on a growing Content and Creative team at a fast-paced startup.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for post-production processes from editing line cuts to finishing videos, including color correction and audio sweetening
• Communicate any schedule changes to appropriate leads as needed
• Under the guidance of the Video Director, track progress of tasks and deliverables for video products
• Consult on workflow and best practices with the Video Director
• Keep up a positive and flexible attitude in a challenging and ever-changing media environment

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years professional experience as a video editor required, preferably in a team-based office environment
• 3-5 years relevant experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Bachelor’s degree in digital video production, film, mass communication, multimedia arts or another related field is preferred
• Extremely creative, organized and dedicated to creating best-in-class videos
• Excellent sense of pace and timing, with a flair for strong visuals and efficient storytelling
• Reel with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is required
• Significant experience in short-form video (3-15 minutes)
• Self-starter mindset, able to work under minimal direction
• Must be well-versed in color grading, audio mixing and creating basic support graphics
• Collaborate with Video Director and Videographers to identify solutions to achieve business objectives
• Keep up to date with latest editing tools, software, and updates (Premiere Pro, After Effects, new video codecs etc.)
