Responsibilities

1. Explain complicated product features and concepts in simple language and clear messaging using a consistent voice across the platform. 2. Work closely with product and product marketing teams, as well as collaborating with other cross-functional teams across the organization to create content for product launches. 3. Build relationships and communicate with local teams in different regions around the world for building feedback mechanisms to optimize content. 4. Analyze data and make data-driven decisions for improving the Help Center in terms of content and user experience. 5. Manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines.

Qualifications

1. BA/BS degree or above. 2. 2 or more years of experience with technical writing, creative writing, editorial writing, or help and support writing. 3. At least 1 year experience working with content management systems and workflows or content operations at a tech company. 4. Communication skills, able to thrive in a global company speaking with different people in offices around the world. 5. Experience in quality control and managing output for content. 6. Strong work ethic and flexibility, able to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. 7. Task and process oriented, willing to follow structure and workflow. 8. Pays attention to detail and is mindful of small errors. 9. Previous experience in advertising industry and familiar with ad platforms is highly preferred.
