Duties and responsibilities

  • Review documentation request and determine if requirements have been met to prepare documentation
  • Review approval to see if documentation request matches approval amount and terms
  • Update company database systems to reflect correct legal business name, address, and other key information
  • Communicate with Sales rep if additional information is required prior to document preparation
  • Complete commercial lease, EFA or loan documents
  • Provide timely and professional communication between sales and operations
  • Be aware of and bring attention to any potential signs of fraud
  • Ensure all funding packages are complete, accurate, and comply with company policy
  • Performs other duties assigned by Funding Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Have an ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be professional, courteous, and have ability to work with multiple departments
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Docusign and mailmerge knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of business entity structure
