Digital Content Specialist
We’re looking for a self-motivated and talented Digital Content Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with our Customer Operations team, you will drive the copy and creative assets for our customer support. From pre-release coordination to post-launch optimization, you will contribute to customer support initiatives while maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our help centers. Your mission will be to proactively help both Snapchatters and advertisers discover and use features on our platforms. This role is based out of our LA headquarters.
What you’ll do:
Manage and regularly audit all online support content, creative assets, and internal resources. Update articles based on reporting analysis and engagement metrics
Collaborate with various members of the Customer Operations team to support the communication of information - via support articles, canned responses, Highspot, Confluence, or otherwise
Proofread, copy edit, and develop written copy, along with create instructional videos and images as needed
Work with localization to ensure updated content is translated and available in several languages in a timely manner
Explore and implement creative solutions to further the release planning process
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 1+ year experience developing digital web content in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
HTML/CSS and SEO fundamentals
Experience managing large amounts of localized, multilingual web content
Experience with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics
Experience working in the customer support and/or with localization teams
Proficiency in JIRA/Atlassian project management software
Incredibly detailed and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of web design principles and practices, familiarity with utilizing multimedia tools (images and videos), and experience using a content management system
Passionate about supporting our Snapchatters and advertisers, and understands what makes for a good user experience
