ABOUT THE JOB 

Anduril is looking for a creative producer to join our rapidly growing team. As a creative producer, you’ll be responsible for project managing Anduril’s creative deliverables and campaigns. Partnering cross-functionally with growth, marketing, communications and design you’ll be responsible for prioritizing incoming requests, proactively defining project scope, developing timelines and scheduling, managing budget and resources, facilitating reviews and ensuring the highest quality output of creative assets. In addition, you’ll be responsible for creating and overseeing processes and procedures that help improve creative workflows and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Project-manage creative projects through their lifecycle including planning, creative, production and delivery. 
• Define project scope, including timeline, resources and costs; ensure projects stay aligned within scope 
• Clearly communicate project status and updates with key stakeholders, proactively anticipate blockers or dependencies to projects and work to remove them 
• Facilitate project-related meetings (i.e., kick-offs, status, internal reviews, etc.), and communicate updates to stakeholders 
• Define and create processes and procedures to facilitate creative needs while improving cross functional collaboration and alignment 
• Ensure a consistent brand voice, tone and visual style across all deliverables 
• Manage and organize library of creative assets including photography, videography and digital assets
• Work cross functionally to proactively understand and plan for creative needs, goals and success metrics 
• When needed, work with Anduril legal and external customers to clear creative work for distribution 
• Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and production partners for creative projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years as a creative producer or project manager 
• Experience building creative plans, developing budgets and timelines 
• Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to pivot quickly 
• Deep knowledge of the creative process and experience working with creative briefs, building timelines 
• Experience implementing efficient workflow processes
• Excels in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with JIRA a plus
