You are our ideal candidate if:

You operate autonomously and are razor sharp when it comes to detail. You’re a self-starter photographer/videographer with a wide range of skills. You are resourceful and hungry to create original content yourself. You have 3+ years experience in digital asset creation including still and motion content.

Partnering closely with the Marketing + Design department, you'll turn Morning Recovery into a household consumer brand by executing the following:

- Build content marketing campaigns 
- Create, shoot, edit, and produce creative content of all types (video, photos, etc) 
- Help build strategic partnerships to expand content distribution 
- Work with design team on creating Morning Recovery brand assets (digital and physical)

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of video / marketing in a fast-paced startup or an agency environment with a strong entrepreneurial culture 
- Proven experience with all aspects of video creation (DSLR’s, Premiere Pro, lighting, audio recording etc.) 
- Proven experience creating viral content for the web 
- A passion for sharing lifestyle content that’s entertaining and inclusive, but never prescriptive
- Excellent written and oral communication skills 
- Ego-less, collaborative approach to partner closely with the team and external partners 
- Passion for consumer marketing. A driving curiosity to understand people. 
- BONUS: great eye for good designer
