10^3 is creative content marketing lab whose goal is to ideate, create and execute content and experiential marketing concepts for the betterment of artists and labels within Capitol Music Group.
This artist agnostic team, which sits outside all other departments, will be a think tank of creative innovation with the ultimate goal of getting our artists and their music as much visibility as possible.
From snackable content, short form and long form content, this team will be responsible for innovative marketing opportunities in the visual content space. Outside of the content space, 10^3 will be tasked with coming up with experiential marketing ideas that are artist agnostic. These ideas will be presented to the Capitol Music Group global marketing teams to see which artists make the most sense.
10^3 is currently seeking a Creative Content Manager who can develop and quickly execute compelling video content for the web and other digital platforms. This position will support all genres within Capitol Music Group, with an emphasis in the Urban genre.
The Creative Content Manager will be responsible for shooting and editing short and long form digital content. You will collaborate with our team leaders and producers to provide clickable, shareable videos for social media channels and beyond. You have experience in the digital video space, are an expert at balancing multiple projects in different stages of production at once, and are stellar at taking notes and direction.
- Creative thinking
- Strong production experience
- Quick turn-around and ability to work under tight deadlines
- 1+ years of pre-production, production, and post-production experience
- Must have music industry experience
- Must be experienced with professional camera equipment
- Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Preferred experience with Pro Tools or After Effects
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
