We’re looking for a Content Review Specialist to join Team Snapchat! As a Content Review Specialist, you will partner with the Content and Engineering teams to serve the most exciting content to customers all across the globe. This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
What you’ll do:
Review, categorize and tag large volumes of content.
Assess and describe scenarios — quickly, effectively, and with impeccable attention to detail.
Coordinate with teams to identify information related to pieces of content.
Exercise good judgement when reviewing and selecting Snaps that are appropriate and meet brand and curation guidelines.
Drive improvement initiatives by providing guidance on policy development and executing projects that will enhance existing workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Flexible work-hours: full-time and weekends as needed.
Passionate about providing high quality customer support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with various team members throughout the company
Meticulous attention to detail, as well as an understanding of the content moderation landscape.
Flexibility to work any assigned shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Developed perspective on prominent trends and issues in the online safety world.
Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player.
Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Snapchatters.
