About the Role of Full Stack Content Creator

FightCamp’s Full Stack Content Creator reports directly to FightCamp’s Head of Content and FightCamp’s Head of Production and is responsible for producing high-quality, visual content (photo and video) for both marketing and app needs. You will be working closely with our Head of Content and Head of Production to help ideate, produce, shoot, and edit content (photo and video).

You will be producing video and photo content for our in-app content, including but not limited to: workouts, tutorials, narrative style documentaries, and various other content as needed. 

What You Will Do

• Work with Content Team to identify and prioritize needs and maintain production queue
• Balance Product Team needs, wants, and priorities with production
• Sync bi-weekly with Head of Content and Head of Production
• Update the master content production schedule with current projects
• Sync weekly with Head of Production to discuss open projects and update with progress
• Review processes with Head of Production
• Collaborate with external crew members as needed for larger product team shoots
• Manage Product team resources when the team grows to 2-3 team members
• Create and deliver monthly reports including total output and KPI’s
• Independently plan and execute shoots to meet the needs of the Content Team
• Act as lead editor for a variety of different projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Portfolio
• Advanced skills with Premiere Pro Editing
• Minimum of five years experience working in the Video Production industry
• Soft Skills (Listening, follow directions, and receiving feedback) 
• Photography skills
• Photoshop skills
• Experience with Cinema Cameras and DSLR’s/Mirrorless cameras
• Proficient with lighting, grip, and electric gear.
• Ability to independently manage, prep, and build out camera gear.
• Ability to plan a video shoot from end to end: Booking talent and location, organizing and managing crew, running cameras and lighting equipment on set, and meeting required deadlines for editing in post production.
