Why you're important to us:

The Content Coordinator is key to the success of PatientPop’s content services. You will work with internal teams to ensure the blog content reflects the services their practice provides and supports their marketing goals. You will strategize, you will incorporate customer feedback into content creation, and you will provide a new level of value to the client that will boost each customer’s online presence. Being the subject matter expert in PatientPop’s customer blog and Social Media content is pivotal to the success of our services.


How you will contribute:

As the SEO Content Coordinator, your main objective is to help develop content for promoting ROI and satisfaction from our physician clients; create and publish search-optimized content for our customer blogs; create and optimize Facebook profiles; and work to improve efficiencies related to content creation. You will effectively manage assignments with writers and editors and create custom outlines and/or content based on customer needs and preferences. You will help incorporate customer feedback into monthly content creation and will ensure the workflow is organized so we can deliver customer blogs on time, while upholding quality. You will be the bridge between the requirements of our customers and the workflow of our freelance writer network.


You will stand out with:

  • College degree, preferably in communications or journalism, or equivalent education and work experience.
    1+ years of experience in content production, journalism, copywriting, content creation
    Great written and oral communication skills; familiar with Google apps, Asana, and Salesforce
    Excellent web writing ability & master of AP Style
    Excellent organization and time management
    Knowledge of SEO algorithms for content and Google Best Practices
    Collaboration with various internal teams to push projects through to completion in a timely manner
    Successful multi-tasking and project management experience with strict attention to detail
    Experience with Facebook Business Manager
