We are looking for an experienced B2B Content Writer with Call Center experience (Contractor) to serve as an as-needed writer across multiple initiatives at Convoso, a call center software provider.  You will be responsible for writing and editing documents related to the Convoso platform that will help us expand our brand. 

We are specifically looking for an individual who has lead generation call center industry experience - whether it's in management, marketing, CSM, or ownership, and in addition, experience with developing and creating compelling technology related content.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) writing blogs and e-books as per Convoso's brand voice and tone, and receiving and integrating raw feedback on your writing, style, or content.

 We will require writing samples from our candidates.
