What We'll Bring:
As a Senior Business Analyst – Revenue Insights, you will play a critical role in supporting the stability and scalability of the TruAudience platform. You will be responsible for delivering strategic analytics, resolving usage and billing inquiries, and enabling data-driven decision-making across internal teams. This role requires strong statistical and analytical acumen, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) Master’s a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital media, financial services, or SaaS environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel, including: INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, IFERROR, VBA, data validation, pivot tables, and scenario modeling.
- Experience with Apache Superset or similar BI tools; ability to design dashboards in collaboration with an engineer.
- Familiarity with Python is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience with forecasting models Time series analysis (ARIMA, exponential smoothing), logistic regression, decision trees, random forests a plus
- Strong understanding of data quality control, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
- Proven ability to create compelling data visualizations and dashboards.
- Experience working with engineering teams and contributing to PRDs and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- C2-level English proficiency (CEFR standard).
Impact You'll Make:
- Deliver timely and accurate analytics to support internal teams in resolving client usage and billing inquiries.
- Conduct strategic analysis for pricing validation, deal support, and partnership evaluation.
- Design Apache Superset dashboards and collaborate with engineers for implementation.
- Support what-if scenario modeling, vertical/segment performance analysis, and trend identification.
- Collaborate with engineering to define data requirements and support automation initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of PRDs and technical documentation.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and insights to business leadership and client-facing teams.
Your work will directly influence revenue integrity, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. By enabling data transparency and supporting scalable analytics infrastructure, you will help drive the growth and reliability of the TruAudience platform.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.TransUnion Job Title
