Community Strategists, within the Community & Learning team, are responsible for building short and long-term community-led growth strategies for Atlassian solution areas, executing against that strategy in partnership with internal teams, and reporting on meaningful community metrics and insights back to the business. They support broad programs of work across our online community, community-led events, training, and certification ecosystem in service of our community and product and product marketing goals. They partner across Product, Marketing and customer-facing teams to develop and implement strategies that foster engagement and growth with our customers. Responsibilities include:
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
142,200 - 185,650 PLN annually
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Help internal stakeholder leverage our community to achieve their business goals by co-drafting community activation plans and working with stakeholders to execute them
- Follow trends, apply research and test engagement techniques to build on on customer-centric campaigns
- Define repeatable processes and best practices that will help us scale, sharing key insights with leadership and stakeholders. You'll also create internal playbooks & resources that help drive loyalty and boost engagement
- Advocate internally for visibility and inclusion of Community & Learning as critical components of customer's success with our products and solutions; we also help identify ways for teams across the company to plug into our initiatives and get closer to our community
- Help establish success metrics within the solution area and ensure that strategy and efforts stay closely aligned with stakeholder and Community goals.
- Help inform content design strategies
- Look for opportunities to grow our champion base, make customers more successful with our products and engrain community early on in the customer journey
- Make recommendations for new initiatives to connect our customers to Community and Learning experiences, such as on 3rd party platforms and events
- 5+ years of experience in a Community role with a focus on strategy
- Deep understanding of community engagement
- Proven experience owning complex programs, dot-connecting and overseeing cross-team projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to develop, implement, and improve processes.
- Experience managing deadlines and working collaboratively within distributed teams.
- Energized by building relationships and building influence with strategic internal teams
