The COS will get broad exposure to all aspects of the enterprise software business in driving these initiatives as well as the inner workings of a world class Customer Success team, providing an excellent training ground for a long-term leadership role in technology.  Most incumbents contribute in the COS role for a period of 12-24 months before moving on to critical impact roles within the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the execution of strategic business initiatives across the Customer Success organization, and regularly communicate results and progress

  • Support the operational cadence of the executive management team on behalf of the CCO and ELT

  • Support the corporate goal setting process including tracking progress against key strategic goals

  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process and quarterly reporting as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a senior strategic role ideally in software or technology or in a professional services environment (consulting, VC, PE, law)

  • 8-10+ years total experience (CS preferred)

  • Undergraduate degree or MBA (preferred)

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

 

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives. 

 

US Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $210,000 w/15% annual bonus
