The team focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with both buy-side and sell-side participants, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating value-driven opportunities that enhance the overall Finalis platform experience. By building a network of VCs, PEs, Family Offices, investment banks, and strategic partners, the team plays a critical role in scaling Finalis' reach and market impact.


What will you be doing?

As a Capital Allocators Analyst, you will be an essential driver of Finalis’ buy-side strategy, working to onboard and nurture relationships with Capital Allocators such as VCs, PEs, and Family Offices. You will also collaborate with the Capital Seekers team on certain projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, targeting, and onboarding high-value Capital Allocators across key markets, particularly in the US and Europe.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for buy-side partners, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships.

  • Ensuring Capital Allocators have a great UX within the Finalis platform.

  • Managing buy-side data, processes, and reporting using tools like Airtable to track progress and outcomes (e.g., introductions, NDAs, LOIs, and closed deals).

  • Managing outreach campaigns and being accountable for its results.

  • Collaborating with internal teams, including the Connect team and leadership, to optimize outreach strategies and engagement initiatives.

  • Regularly gathering feedback from Capital Allocators to enhance their experience and improve the Finalis value proposition.

  • Providing valuable insights to the product team to further develop the product.

We’re looking for an exceptional professional with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English.

  • Strong client relationship management skills.

  • Commercial orientation with an ability to interview and manage clients effectively.

  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing large amounts of data.

  • Interest in or experience with the investment banking or private capital markets business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills for building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Expert handling of confidential client information.

  • Ability to work swiftly, adapt to frequent shifting priorities, and meet deadlines with a high sense of urgency.

  • Self-starter, quick learner, and highly organized with incredible attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to follow up and maintain a clear understanding of ongoing tasks and deadlines.

  • Flexibility, patience, persistence, perseverance, and a collaborative team spirit.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of or interest in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.

  • A Master’s in Finance or an MBA.
