The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Resilinc plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of a market leader transforming supply chain resilience. You’ll be the first point of contact for supply chain and procurement leaders—sparking meaningful conversations, cultivating relationships, and opening doors to opportunities that shape the future of global commerce.
In this role, you’ll harness curiosity and drive to:
Engage inbound prospects and generate new opportunities through targeted outreach.
Partner with decision-makers navigating complex global supply chain challenges.
Showcase how Resilinc’s intelligence platform predicts disruptions before they strike, enables autonomous compliance, and delivers unmatched real-time visibility.

What You Will Do
Inbound Engagement
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, LinkedIn, and digital ads.
- Facilitate discovery calls to understand business challenges around supply chain risk, compliance, and operational disruptions.
- Book qualified meetings for AE team.
- Use tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track engagement and nurture warm prospects.
Outbound Prospecting
- Research and reach out to mid-to-senior level procurement, supply chain, and risk leaders at enterprise accounts.
- Craft compelling outreach sequences that map Resilinc’s platform to customer-specific pain points (e.g., forced labor compliance, supplier visibility gaps, or tariff impacts).
- Leverage industry news and disruption events to drive urgency (e.g., “How did [EVENT] affect your suppliers?”).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on targeted campaigns by vertical (Pharma, Automotive, High-Tech).
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or demand gen roles at enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
- A curiosity for AI, data, and solving real business problems.
- Resilience, creativity, and a metrics-driven mindset.
- Highly skilled in articulating complex ideas with presence, confidence, and impact.
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field or equivalent experience.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Familiarity with enterprise buyer personas in supply chain, compliance or procurement.
- Prior experience selling to operations, logistics, or manufacturing stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks like UFLPA, tariffs, or conflict minerals.
- Familiarity with common ERP, Source or Procure to pay or related supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, O9, Coupa).
