About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand & Marketing Designer to support design needs across go-to-market functions. This includes sales decks, enablement materials, one-pagers, landing pages, campaigns, and event collateral.

You’ll be responsible for producing clear, consistent design work that helps the team operate efficiently and communicate effectively. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with product design, marketing, sales, and business development teams.

You should be comfortable working across formats, have strong layout and visual design skills, and be able to manage multiple projects at once. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to influence our brand system as we scale.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Design visual assets across core marketing channels — decks, one-pagers, social, ads, landing pages, and printed collateral

  • Create and maintain templates for internal and external presentations

  • Support campaign and product launches with clear, on-brand visuals

  • Work with the team to evolve and extend our visual identity and style guide

  • Build and maintain a design system and asset library for go-to-market use

  • Collaborate with Product Design to ensure visual consistency across surfaces

About You

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design — ideally at a startup or B2B SaaS company

  • Have strong presentation and layout skills, and experience working with decks or other content-heavy formats

  • Are confident working in Figma and familiar with tools like Webflow

  • Can manage multiple projects and keep quality high in a fast-moving environment

  • Have good judgment and a clean, modern design sensibility

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience designing for early-stage brands

  • Familiarity with motion design, video, or light animation

  • Comfort collaborating with sales, marketing, or product teams on high-priority initiatives

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role!

We are an NYC-based team working out of our office in Manhattan 4-5 days a week.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
