Job Description:

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive business growth, and ensure consistency across all touch-points. This role combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, and analytical rigor to build a brand that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across channels.

  • Lead annual brand planning and ensure alignment with marketing and sales teams.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Ensure campaigns reflect brand identity and maintain consistent tone and visuals.

Market Insights & Performance:

  • Conduct market research to understand audience behaviors, trends, and competitive landscapes.

  • Analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, preference, NPS, share of voice) and identify growth opportunities.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Partner with product, sales, and communications teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.

  • Serve as brand guardian—ensuring consistent use of brand assets, messaging, and visual identity.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage brand marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

  • Track ROI and provide reporting to leadership on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related role.

  • Proven success managing integrated campaigns and building strong brands.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven marketing tools.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management abilities. Experience with creative development, media planning, and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing agency relationships.

  • Knowledge of market research tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Google Analytics, Brandwatch).

  • Familiarity with CRM, social, and content management systems.

  • Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity and storytelling.
