  • This position pays between $69,400.00- $104,100.00/yr based on experience

**This is a REMOTE position**

The Manager, Billing Services, will support the Director, Revenue Cycle in the selection, direction and development of the billing department team members, and will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle. The Manager will be responsible for assisting team members with problematic bills and questions regarding billing processes and best practices.  The Manager, Billing Services, will be responsible for direct oversight of a team of associates and supervisors with all decision-making regarding hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.

  • Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks and best practices for each client

  • Manage the daily work-flow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues

  • Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members

  • Oversee progress and monitoring of worked accounts for quality assurance and productivity measures

  • Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation

  • Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures to support the vision and goals

Job Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience

People Leadership Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Seeking experience in EMR and Clearinghouse systems

  • Seeking experience in Physician Revenue Cycle

  • Ability to occasionally travel if needed for client assessment or at the elbow support

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent Experience

 
Required Certifications:

  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or other approved job relevant certification
