What you'll do
- Define the problem and the "why." Work with internal stakeholders to frame opportunities and problems, ground them in evidence, and set clear acceptance criteria.
- Write clear product documentation - briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with UX design on the solution, ensuring it's aligned with brand and learner expectations and owning the final output.
- Track performance outcomes - monitor engagement, completion, and return; and use what you learn to make future adjustments to the product.
- Support discovery - talk to users, synthesize feedback into well-formed problems, and use that evidence when informing the team's decisions.
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years of experience with a track record of getting work to launch.
- Good judgment about user experience and what makes a digital product easy to use.
- Crisp writing – you can turn a fuzzy problem into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
- A collaborative style – you enjoy the day-to-day partnership with design and engineering.
- Curiosity about users and the experience of grounding decisions in evidence rather than opinion.
- Bonus: exposure to or interest in healthcare or other regulated spaces, HCP or professional audiences, design systems, or UX research.
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000–$105,000, determined by relevant experience and prior performance.
