Accounts Payable Manager:

Reformation is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing team. You’ll become part of a team to process and pay vendor bills, along with other daily and monthly accounting transactions, to ensure timely and accurate accounting.

What You'll Do:

  • Input daily vendor bills, coding, aging, follow-up with approvals from each department, to generate a weekly aging for review and payment.
  • Maintain new vendor set-up information, including W-9 and 1099 reporting.
  • Review A/P aging schedules, research open items and credits not utilized.
  • Reconcile key vendor statements to our open payables on a monthly or as needed basis.
  • Apply daily ACH and wire payments to vendor bills, properly book all prepaid deposits and their reversal within accounting system.
  • Manage A/P team to ensure timely input and all deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and assist with monthly Accruals and estimates.
  • Ensure all bills are coded or reclassed to the correct entity and store level to improve accuracy and completeness of source data
  • Perform ad-hoc research on any vendor issues
  • Monitor and improve internal and external processes, data, and reports related to A/P.
  • Pitch in wherever else you can help

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting with proven working knowledge in accounting operations
