As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform various day-to-day administrative tasks and assist with projects related to important company initiatives and events. This role will also collaborate with internal team members from various departments.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist role is required.
  • Event planning experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with graphic design platforms like Canva and Adobe is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Outgoing and expressive personality.
  • Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet office visitors and employees at the front desk, and assist however necessary.
  • Help boost office camaraderie with fun and engaging events, announcements, and newsletters.
  • Answer inbound calls and direct them to proper recipients.
  • Create daily email newsletters for internal employees using Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
  • Process inbound and outbound mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies.
  • Communicate with property management about any facility needs.
  • Coordinate communications with vendors.
  • Perform various other administrative tasks as needed.
Salary:
  • $20 – $24/hour dependent on transferable experience and education level.
Schedule:
  • In office, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • This is a temporary assignment with the possibility for month-to-month extensions and transition into full-time employment.
Education:
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
