What You'll Do:
- Review period-end close tasks and external and internal audit deliverables related to vendor rebates
- Lead rebate accounting and data analysis to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Manage and develop Standard Operating Procedures for different departments and team members
- Partner with various business leaders to optimize rebate processes
- Identify and drive automation and efficiency improvements within rebate reporting and analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and specialists within the team.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, data analytics, or rebate management.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accruals, and contract compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
