The Account Manager, Chefs and Celebrity Partners, is a valuable member of our Business Development team and will work with key chefs, celebrities and agents. to help manage and execute partner objectives and campaigns. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with an ability to understand a variety of deal structures. This role will be responsible for designing program parameters and marketing initiatives, execute all deliverables, and identify new partners, as well as identify and close new partners and opportunities. 


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, manage and execute brand partner programs for key partners and accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and departments to determine department coordination, unique program needs, and project timelines.
  • Manage program progression with internal departments to ensure program objectives and key milestones are met on time.
  • Assist in structuring complex business deals.
  • Competently identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate Chef’d core capabilities, services and differentiators.
  • Work with management and key personnel on strategy for leveraging account success.
  • Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to support business deals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter who is able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change; able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Requirements 5-7 years of relevant sales, account management and/or marketing experience.
  • Experience working with talent and strategic partnerships and/or at an agency
  • Experience developing and managing multiple projects or clients.
