The role:

We are looking for an Account Manager to be part of the AW Sales Trade team that is responsible for managing Retailer/Wholesaler and Installer customers. For his/her area of expertise, the employee will directly manage the most significant customers in a strategic way and redirect other customers towards a selected network of distributors and resellers. He/she  will collaborate with his/her manager in order to acquire the highest volume of orders, maximizing margins and making a valid contribution to the team in terms of turnover. He/she will also be responsible for drafting the offers for which he/she is responsible, within the limits of discretion established by his/her manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • He/She is responsible for acquiring the highest volume of orders, at the best possible conditions, within the limits of discretion established by his manager and the existing DoA.
  • He/She is responsible for promoting the range of products and the most suitable solutions for the segment of competence to all customers.
  • He/She is responsible for acquiring new customers (when possible) and maintaining existing ones.
  • He/She is responsible for the correct flow of information: with the Customer Service Department so that the acquired order is processed correctly, or with the Application Eng. Department to be able to make the most appropriate technical selections and with the Area Sales Manager to keep him informed about sales activities.
  • He/She is responsible for maintaining the connection and collaboration with the reference office in relation to his work activity.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical or Management Engineering or technical diploma with relevant experience in the role

Geographical scope: the work area would be Northwest of Spain, home-based.

Travel requirement: 75% in the designated area
