Account Manager
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years in account management, and/or customer care required. (Preferably in B2B SaaS)
Exceptional writing and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, along with impeccable organizational and time-management skills
Passionate about ensuring our clients’ success in using 12Twenty's product suite to meet key objectives, as well as professional and timely handling of issue escalations
Possess a sense of urgency, and a desire to see projects through to fruition and to consistently deliver. Experience in project management is a plus
Knowledge in Sales Force (CRM) is required. Knowledge in Zendesk or other Customer Support tools is a plus
Strong professional etiquette along with the ability to diffuse and resolve conflicts in real-time with maturity, and poise.
