The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive who is driven, adaptable, and possesses an in-depth understanding of the benefits buying process. This role demands extensive experience in selling to large enterprise organizations and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders through long and complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and build value in competitive situations by leveraging your deep understanding of complex products and industry knowledge.
  • Manage long-term relationships with large enterprise clients, navigating multi-stakeholder environments effectively.
  • Collect and analyze prospect feedback and requests, collaborating with internal teams to influence and align our product roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple departments and with customers of varying needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Team: The National Account t Executive’s will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales. This role will work closely with sales enablement, consultant relations, solutions consultants and more to hit their revenue goals.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling into large enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling into HR, Benefits, People and/or Healthcare teams
  • Comfortability and experience selling to Sr. Benefits Leaders and C-Suite at fortune 1000 companies
  • Strong experience managing influential consultants at large consulting firms
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience selling employer health benefits into large enterprises
  • Fluency navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings, ROI, taxation and compliance
  • Experience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits

Compensation:

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $190,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation, including any applicable bonus or variable component, may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
