How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize share of customer spend.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored value propositions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior client executives.
  • Drive order growth and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Align internal resources and business units to meet client needs.
  • Represent Hitachi Energy with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical (engineering) or business-related discipline required.
  • 12+ years of account management experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working with data center or hyperscale clients.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, relationship building, and problem resolution.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

Salary between $177,900.00 - $266,900.00 USD Annually pending professional experiences and location
