Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Senior Art Director, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
  • Oversee and approve creative deliverables across digital and print channels, maintaining consistency with brand and client standards.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in building and expanding the design team.
  • Manage quality control processes and enforce creative standards across all design projects.
  • Report directly to the NYC-based Creative Leader, providing updates on team performance and project timelines.
  • Supervise design work supporting shopper marketing initiatives for a big global company in the US, in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Guide production of assets including:
    ○ E-commerce banners across retailers
    ○ Print materials (coupons, circulars, POS, neck tags, signage)
    ○ Campaign landing pages (desktop & mobile)
Social media ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Presentation design and light motion graphics
    Promotional activation mockups
  •  Foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the design team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum) — both written and verbal.
  • 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring design teams of 8–10 members or more.
  • Strong background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and retail marketing preferred.
  • Expertise in both digital and print design, with a solid portfolio in marketing and advertising for CPG brands.
  • Strong project management and quality control skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Excellent eye for detail, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and strategy teams

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor. It will start with a 3-month trial period, after which it can be extended for 12 months, with the possibility of becoming a long-term opportunity, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
