For full time permanent positions:
Health, dental and vision reimbursement. We offer a reimbursement for any eligible healthcare costs up to the maximum federal amounts ($10,450 annually per family).
Paid parental leave. Natalist offers employees 6 weeks of paid leave for the birth of a child, and an additional 4 weeks of paid leave for parent bonding (e.g. a mother who gives birth to a child receives a total of 10 weeks paid leave; a father who adopted a child receives 4 weeks).
Vacation. Each full time employee gets 10 paid days off plus 10 paid holidays and a free day for the celebration of his or her BIRTHDAY!
