Provide advice and day-to-day legal support for the Human Resources department, including regarding compensation and benefits, terminations, leaves of absence and accommodations, workplace safety, and general risk assessments across our U.S. and global offices.
Manage and update employment policies and handbooks to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to generate and implement training on employment law topics.
Manage workplace investigations, disputes and litigation related to employment matters.
Draft and revise employment-related agreements (including offer letters and separation agreements).
Assist, where needed, with other legal matters, which may include general litigation, corporate, transactional, intellectual property and commercial matters.
