Andy is the founder of Rexter, the leader in Professional Relationship Management "PRM". Previously, as founder of Momentum Ventures, he led more than a half dozen SoCal tech start-ups. He has developed an extensive business network across the tech landscape including top VC's (SoCal and NorCal), public company CEO's and other prominent angel investors. In addition to being the CEO/Founder of Rexter, Andy currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Digital Performance Inc and Cyber-Rain Inc. He is on he board of nQueue Inc and Phoenix Energy and a board observer at DataPop Inc and Sendio Inc. His is on the advisory board of Vincente Partners, ParkMe and Pacific Oaks College. He has extensive board experience in not for profit/community organizations and is currently a member of the Board of Governors for the Altadena Town & Country Club and serves on the Pasadena Center Operating Committee. He is also the founder & co-chairman of the Pasadena Innovation Council which is dedicated to advancing the region as a vibrant innovation hub. He is a regular speaker at SoCal entrepreneur’s events and business schools and was named one of the 50 Most Innovative Men in the San Gabriel Valley in 2012 by “The Magazine.” Andy holds an engineering degree with honors from Dartmouth College and received his MBA with a concentration in operations and technology management from Harvard Business School.
