This position will interact closely with product, marketing, and development to deliver seamless user experiences with a focus on company profitability. Responsibilities may include: landing pages, production design, banner ads, newsletters, and interface/product design.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Ability to organize information simply and elegantly
• Experience developing wireframes and user flows
• A belief that product and design decisions are inextricably linked
• Solid understanding of marketing flows and processes
• Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task 
• Interface and UX design experience
• Can appreciate the subjective nature of design along with the objective nature of product requirements
• Efficiently create iterative designs for testing purposes
• Exposure to consumer psychology (preferred)
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch (preferred)
• A basic understanding of HTML/ CSS (preferred)
• Design degree or 1-4 years of equivalent work experience
