Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee processes for fulfillment of seasonal subscription boxes, including kitting and pick packing.
• Manage personnel activities in the warehouse, including implementing and overseeing HR policies.
• Maintain, follow and comply with standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
• Ensure that staff are motivated to meet or exceed productivity, costs and quality standards.
• Design and implement work methods and procedures, such as safety rules and policies.
• Write and deliver performance appraisals and corrective actions.
• Oversee training and development of warehouse personnel.
• Keep receiving areas organized and clean.
• Has a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
• Use space and mechanical equipment efficiently and make sure quality, and quantity of products are correct.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in warehouse management and/or supervision.
• You have knowledge of HR policies and have previous experience managing employees and implementing HR policies, including meal and rest periods, overtime, discipline, hiring and firing.
• You have knowledge of warehouse health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures and have had Hazmat training/certification.
• You have experience in international shipping.
• You have experience with fulfillment, including kitting and pick­packing.
• You have good management skills.
• You work well with others and have great leadership ability.
• Experience kitting on a subscription level is a plus.
