We're Enervee, and we're dedicated to providing consumers with the information they need to make energy-efficient buying decisions, and we're looking for a business analyst with some strong tech experience to assist us in doing just that. The job specs and responsibilities are below.

What You'll Do:

• Decompose, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical & textual techniques, including use cases, diagrams, process models, wireframes, functional and technical specifications
• Act as translator between business and technical community interpreting user needs and translating them into more technical language for the developers (and vice-versa)
• When user stories require working with third party API’s, SaaS solutions, or software plugins, investigate into available tools on the market to help us make the best decision. After a decision has been made, define the technical requirements to integrate with the chosen solution.
• Work closely with the product owner and team members through all phases of our SDLC
• Assist the product owner in testing user stories and defects, at both a technical level and a functional level
• Participate in and facilitate system design workshops to solicit and document requirements (e.g. creation of user stories)
• Facilitate communication between project customers and the development team
• Communicate with scrum teams regularly to ensure accurate understanding of requirements

What You Need:

• 3 years of technical business analyst experience in software development
• At least a solid year of working in an agile environment with product owners as part of a scrum team
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
